Note:

Here’s how we typically structure school events to ensure a smooth, efficient, and environmentally responsible experience:


The school is responsible for collecting pre-orders and payments from students in advance, then submitting a final itemized count to us. 


For example:

• 100 Burgers

• 200 Hot Dogs

• 50 Vegetarian Burgers

We arrive fully prepared with the exact number of pre-ordered meals to provide fast, organized service with minimal wait times.


Optional – Limited On-Site Sales:

We understand that some guests may want to purchase food on the day of the event. If the school approves, we can allow limited on-site sales with the following guidelines:


All sales must be collected and managed by the school.

The school will receive 10% of total on-site sales revenue.

• On-site sales are limited to 20–35 servings and are not guaranteed, as the majority of meals must be pre-ordered.


We follow this model to help reduce food waste, improve event efficiency, and lower our carbon footprint by preparing only what’s needed. It’s a system that works well for both event success and sustainability.
