At Holy Smokes BBQ, we are committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality, flame-grilled meals. Due to the nature of our catering services, all sales are final, and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your catering booking.

This deposit ensures your event date, staffing, and ingredient preparation.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: No additional charges, but the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: Full payment is required, and no refunds will be issued.

If cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, venue closure, or government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your event, but deposits remain non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING POLICY

Clients may request to reschedule their event, subject to availability.

If we are unable to accommodate the new date, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RENDERED

Once catering services have been provided, no refunds will be issued.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your event, and we will review the concern. Resolutions are offered at our discretion.
4. REFUNDS FOR OVERPAYMENTS OR ERRORS

If a duplicate charge or overpayment occurs, we will issue a full refund for the excess amount.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
5. FORCE MAJEURE (UNFORESEEN EVENTS)
If an event must be canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), we will make every effort to reschedule your event. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited, but no additional fees will be charged.
